Become a member of the PTO Board for the 2025-2026 school year!
Have you ever thought about getting more involved in the PTO, or having a hands-on role in the planning process for our amazing events and activities? There are several board positions and special volunteer roles opening up for the 2025/2026 school year!
Positions and roles are flexible to your skills and interests, and every person can have a positive impact.
OPEN BOARD POSITIONS (all roles are flexible to the skills and interests of the interested person):
President: serves as the leader of the group and a key contact for members, officers and constituents. The President presides at all meetings and events and ensures all efforts are being directed toward meeting the group’s goals and objectives.
Vice President: works with school volunteers, parents, students, staff and community members to oversee staff appreciation and special events. Supports President in community-related activities.
Secretary: keeps a log of important notes from all general meetings. Maintaining an accurate history of key points and action items discussed at each meeting. Manages PTO membership database and oversees primary email communications.
OTHER SPECIALITY VOLUNTEER ROLES (all roles are flexible to the skills and interests of the interested person):
Communications: Oversee PTO newsletters, social media posts and
updates to the PTO website. Assist with printing or communications related to specific events.
Community Coordinator: Serve as the primary contact within our local
community businesses to arrange PTO sponsorships and regular Spirit Night events.
Spirit Wear/Clubs Coordinator: Coordinate annual merchandise store and afterschool club programs. Work with vendors, ensure school space reservations, and promote registrations/orders.
